Day 1: Arrival Day: Arrive in Sri Lanka and be met at the airport by your naturalist guide. Transfer to Negombo (30mins).
Day 2: Kalpitiya: Transfer to Kalpitiya via Chillaw (2hrs). At Chillaw see the Toddy Tapping experience and tour the largest coconut plantation in south asia. Learn about the full lifecycle of coconut trees and how coconut oil is made.
Day 3: Dolphons at Kalpitiya: This morning go Dolphin watching. See hundreds of spinners and bottlenose dolphins. Also look out for the pellagic birds following the dolphin feeding pods.
Day 4: Wilpattu: Transfer to Wilpattu (90kms). Settle in to the beautiful surroundings and get ready for your full day Safari the next day.
Day 5: Safaris at Wilpattu: Today go on a full day Safari at Wilpattu National Park
Day 6: Ritigala: Transfer to Habarana via Ritigala. Climb Ritigala.
Day 7: Sigiriya: Early morning climb Sigiriya. Followed by cycling through a village (15kms), ending with a homecooked lunch.
Day 8: Sigiriya: Early morning climb Sigiriya. Followed by cycling through a village (15kms), ending with a homecooked lunch.
Day 9: Pollonaruwa: Morning visit to Pollonnaruwa. Afternoon Safari at Minneriya National Park.
Day 10: Wasgamuma: Transfer to Wasgamuwa (2hrs). Afternoon Safari at Wasgamuwa.
Day 11: Hill Country: Transfer to Ella (4hrs). Arch Bridge and Mini Adam's Peak.
Day 12: Yala: Transfer to Yala (3hrs) via Katharagama. Visit the Katharagama Kovil
Day 13: Yala: Full Day Safari at Yala
Day 14: Udawalave: ransfer to Udawalawe (2hrs). Visit Elephant Transit Home
Day 15: Mirissa: Transfer to Polhena (2.5hrs). Relax
Day 16: Galle: Whale Watching. Transfer to Galle (1hr).
Day 17: Departure Day: Transfer to the airport in time for departure flight.
